Randall Bray

BRISTOW, Okla. - A Bristow Police Department sergeant has been arrested on a sexual battery charge following an Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation probe involving a 19-year-old woman.
Randall Bray, 45, was arrested Oct. 5 by the U.S. Marshals Service and booked into the Creek County Jail, according to the OSBI.
The investigation began Aug. 17 when the Bristow Police Department requested that the OSBI investigate allegations of sexual battery.
During the investigation, OSBI special agents determined that Bray, a sergeant with the Bristow Police Department, had inappropriate contact with a 19-year-old woman, according to the agency.
Investigators also determined that Bray sent inappropriate messages to the woman.
The OSBI did not release additional details about the alleged contact or the contents of the messages.
On Sept. 23, agents submitted their investigative report to the Creek County District Attorney's Office for review.
A Creek County District Court judge issued a warrant for Bray's arrest Sept. 30 on a sexual battery charge.
The U.S. Marshals Service located and arrested Bray five days later.
The OSBI credited the Bristow Police Department, Creek County District Attorney's Office and U.S. Marshals Service with assisting in the investigation.
